Our friends at theweddinglink.net have just launched a top-notch wedding planning website. They have built a simple to use, interactive and fun website which will include a wedding blog to guide you through each phase of the planning process, etiquette, etc (and may feature some guest posts from the bargaining bride as well!).
The highlight of the website will be the wedding planning guides. Over the next few months the wedding link will be rolling out local wedding planning review sites on its network for each major city in the US. The first of these sites will be for Phoenix, Arizona. Each local guide will include a directory of wedding vendors and service providers for the area, reviews, the ability to save your favorites to your profile, and some cool map tools to find vendors close together, get directions, etc – check out this example of Phoenix wedding venues to get a better idea.
I think the folks at the wedding link said it best, “When all is said and done, how well your wedding day comes together is going to depend on the experience and skill of the wedding vendors you choose.” So have at it! Have fun! And enjoy!
